A PA Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred but not required. Gaining a PA Real Estate License will be required within 3 months of hire however. A strong desire to eat, breath, sleep and dream Real Estate is mandatory however.

Property Manager will be in charge of the following:
This is a full-time position that will eventually require the supervision of staff and may require extended work hours, weekend hours and being on call at least one week per month for 24 hour emergency maintenance calls.
Pay is salary-based with healthcare, profit-based bonuses, holidays off and PTO days.

Base Salary: $48,000 to $52,000/year depending on experience plus benefits

Property Manager will be in charge of the following:
- On-boarding of New Rental Units
- Communicating with Landlord-clients
- Dealing with Delinquent Tenants and the Eviction Process
- Collection of Delinquent Rents
- Representing our Landlords in Court
- Ordering and Supervising Maintenance Requests and Repairs
- Business Planning & Implementation for Building Profitability
