Nulf Management Services (then known as The Full House) was founded in 2004 by David Henninger in an effort to, not only systematize the management of his own portfolio, but to add value to the investor-clients he was serving as a full time Real Estate Agent. Dustin Nulf was on a similar trajectory at that time and the two ended up crossing paths in 2014 when they decided to merge efforts and focus on delivering a level of Property Management efficiency and "long-game" view that the Pittsburgh real estate market desperately seemed to need.
In late 2020 Dustin purchased the business and continues building the dream of Property Management Perfection that began in 2004. The Full House LLC was later rebranded as Nulf Management Services in 2022. Nulf Management Services is a boutique Pittsburgh Property Management Firm focusing on efficient and profitable management of scattered site and other residential-style and mixed-use housing in the Greater Pittsburgh Metro Area. We pride ourselves in our customer service, "long-game" perspective and our personal experience as investors and landlords. |

"Nulf has managed my rental property for the last several years. My entire experience with Nulf has been very positive and smooth. I had a bad experience with a previous management company who put in a tenant that trashed my house and didn’t pay rent, didn’t give the tenant some necessary form so that when I ended up having to evict them later the process was slowed down because they had to be served the form 30 days before an eviction notice could be served, and then the management company quit in the middle of the eviction process leaving me in a lurch. I hired Nulf and they advised me, and have a thorough vetting process, now I have a fantastic tenant who pays every month and maintains the house beautifully. Last time I was in town, Nulf arranged for me to be able to go see the property at my request. While I was there, I met the tenant. She is very happy with their management of the property and plans to live there until she can buy a house of her own.
