MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN & GENERAL LABORER
Nulf Management Services is a rapidly growing Pittsburgh company offering residential property management services, and looking to expand our maintenance team with new hires. Team members will assist with property turnovers--painting, repairs, lock changes, etc., routine and emergency maintenance, property improvements (kitchen and bathroom updates, flooring replacement), and inspections. Hours are mostly 7:30 - 4:00 with some flexibility and will include occasional mandatory rotation for on-call emergency maintenance 1 week per month and overtime paid during those times.
Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to move into supervisory positions, and may be eligible for a company vehicle.

Salary: $21 - $25.00/hour depending on experience plus AMAZING benefits!
