Our Full-Time Leasing Agent will be:
Work hours tend to include evenings and some weekends however we have great systems that allow work-life balance and the Leasing Agent is NOT required to work all weekends or all evenings. As the Leasing Agent you will be responsible for the following activities:
Pay is hourly and ranges from between $19-22/hour depending on experience.

- Marketing available listings
- Showing lease listings
- Coordinating showings with showing assistants
- Screening tenants
- Maintaining positive relationships with current tenants and prospective tenants
- Updated landlords of activity on a weekly basis
- Preparing leases and lease renewals
- Reviewing lease terms with tenants
- Enforcing lease requirements at the initiation of the lease
- Some basic bookkeeping and administrative filing
Pay is hourly and ranges from between $19-22/hour depending on experience.
